Made with a proprietary mix of 90% recycled material, StabiFence is designed for quick installation and a lifetime of clean, classic lines. It’s a testament to our dedication to creativity and sustainability, offering transformative solutions for various sectors, including luxury residences, multi-unit developments, and educational institutions. With StabiFence, our customers can rely on a 10-year guarantee of peace of mind.

A Touch of Elegance. At Phoenix Palms Grove, a high-end residential subdivision in Fairfield, StabiFence introduced a touch of elegance and practicality. The developers, seeking a non-timber product that was both durable and aesthetically pleasing, found their solution in StabiFence’s recycled wood plastic composite (RWPC) panels. Chosen in a rich mahogany shade, these panels provided a consistent visual appeal across the property boundaries. The modular design of StabiFence allowed for easy removal during construction, facilitating access for planting and landscaping. Unlike traditional timber, StabiFence promises longevity without the need for painting, ensuring that Phoenix Palms Grove residents will enjoy a maintenance-free experience for years to come.

Maximising Space and Serenity. Homestead Construction’s Mabel Street development showcases StabiFence’s ability to enhance space efficiency and tranquillity in a multi-unit setting. The 43-unit project in Levin required a fencing solution that could provide privacy and noise reduction without consuming valuable space. StabiFence’s hollow-core boards offered a sound reduction of up to 30%, a boon for residents living in close quarters. Its slim profile, at just 65mm wide at the posts, contrasted with the nearly 200mm of a traditional timber fence, maximising the available area. The versatility of StabiFence was further demonstrated through various installation options, including custom rails and raked fencing, catering to the unique needs of the development.

Safety and Silence in Harmony. For the Montessori Preschool in Christchurch, creating a safe and serene outdoor environment was paramount. StabiFence, specified in Slate Grey, provided an ideal solution. The solid interlocked panels not only looked and felt like natural timber, but also offered UV resistance and maintenance-free longevity. The smooth, splinter-free surface was perfect for young children, and the fencing’s acoustic properties significantly reduced noise, benefiting both the preschool and its neighbours.

The Future of Fencing. StabiFence represents the future of fencing in New Zealand, combining style with substance. Its innovative use of recycled materials aligns with the country’s environmental ethos, while its functional benefits address the practical demands of modern construction. As noted above, it is more than just a boundary marker; it is a crucial component in creating harmonious living and learning spaces. With StabiFence, landscape architects can confidently choose a product that delivers on performance, aesthetics, and sustainability, setting a new standard in the industry.
